    • Changed Motor Oil & Replaced Filter, Added 5 QTS Standard Motor Oil, Lube Chassis, Check all Fluid Levels
    • Found lots of oil build up underneath the vehicle, will need to start with oil pan gaskets and reseal along with front crank seal. Could be other leaks but cannot confirm due to oil being spread throughout the underneath of the vehicle. customer told may need rear main seal.
    • OIL PAN &/OR GASKET – Remove & Replace
    • remove and replace front cover seal and harmonic damper.
    • Battery Service: Clean and neutralize corrosion from terminals, connectors, hold down and tray. Tighten connectors.

    • Found check engine light on, air bag light on, brakes pulsate and AC inop on arrival. Found coolant leaking from radiator cap and leaking from engine oil cooler underneath intake manifold. Will need new radiator cap and engine oil cooler to fix coolant leaks. Engine overheated which can cause head gasket damage. X_________________________
    • ENGINE OIL COOLER – Remove & Replace – Housing – [Includes: R&I Intake Manifold Gaskets.]

    • Flow tested sunroof drain and found flow going through with no blockages, checked A/C drain and found no clogs, no water build up in heater assembly, smoke tested front windshield & passenger door and found no leaks, cabin filter missing house cover but was not able to find a water leak at this time.
    • Found negative terminal loose and needs replaced along with battery as is failed a carbon load test after being fully charged. Tested alternator and found 14.2v output and ripple normal. Will need new negative battery terminal and battery.
    • R&R BATTERY & NEGATIVE TERMINAL – Remove & Replace – [Includes: Test.]

    • Load tested battery ok at this time, alternator output 14.5 volts. No issues with charging system currently. Found codes U140C, C2200-48, C003AA, C003A-2F, U0403, C003A-1D, C223098, C226063, C2208-64, C2209-64, C221B-64 and C2502-64. All these codes point to software issue/communication issues will need to go to dealership.
